A number of Employment avenues through various livelihood activities  have been  identified.  Currently, the livelihood set is crafted around sustainable building construction technologies.  The construction technologies initiated by FEEDS involve  the use of Bamboo and Earth technologies, both are which are locally available, ensuring that the local economy is boosted, and also ensuring the adoption of sensitive and sensible construction model. The aim is that while employment is created through these construction activities, the village also augments its rural infrastructure .
